- Pizzas are made starting with the dough, for our cracker thin crust, our special pizza sauce, our own lean ground pork sausage, and topped with a special blend of white cheese. We have many varieties; sausage, pepperoni, sausage and pepperoni, sausage and mushroom, plain cheese, and deluxe (sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion, black olives, green pepper and of course cheese.)
- Lasagna starts with the basic---noodles; which, of course, are made in our own kitchen. From there, we begin to build the lasagna using our own spaghetti sauce, lean ground pork sausage, special grated blend of mixed cheeses and layered with our finest sliced cheese.
- Ravioli again starts with the basic---pasta; which again is made in our own kitchen. We make what we call our round and flat ravioli. The flat ravioli being a half-moon type filled with our own blend of shredded meat, cooked in our own kitchen and seasoned to perfection. The round is tortellini type pasta filled with our same meat filling. Pair either one with our home-style homemade meat spaghetti sauce to create the ultimate Italian meal.
- Gnocchi is also made fresh in our kitchen. A blend of potato, flour and egg. It makes a wonderful compliment to any meal---especially when paired with our spaghetti sauce.
- Spaghetti sauce, prepared and cooked to perfection in our kitchen, blends the best in tomato products, meat and our special combination of spices. One of our bestsellers.
- Pork sausage-blended from two cuts of the leanest and finest pork. Sold in links and packaged for your convenience.
- Chee-Zee Strips using our same thin crust for pizza smoothered in garlic and butter and then topped off with our high quality pizza cheese and spices. The perfect appetizer.
